Hudson Construction are lucky to have two house and land packages at this time. We work closely with a handful of developers to ensure we have land ready for you to design your dream home.
Cambridge – Situated on 400m2 of land Either a 3 or 4 Bedroom 2 bathroom home is available to join the early stages and include your personal touch.
Motuoapa – Situated 40min south of Taupo town and only 2km to the lake. 730m2 section with a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Lake house. With a 9x4m oversized garage for the boat, and a large timber deck for entertaining this home will be a great home.
Renovating your home is an amazing way to update and enjoy your already much loved home. We can help with the smallest task of creating a new outdoor space, or just a bathroom, all the way though to a complete remodel and extension. We can help with plans council and engineering, these tasks can be daunting and time consuming but we will work closely with you to ensure we give you the best experience possible.
Precast for both residential and commercial projects from high end homes to warehousing walls and retaining. We create bespoke panels for housing which can have a timber engrained finish to work well as a cladding or feature.
We also provide an install service and work closely with crane companies to ensure the end product is completed to a high standard.
